CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure the booking, the balance to be paid either by direct deposit 7 business days before arrival or cash on arrival. Full payment is required for a one night booking upon making the booking.

A full refund of the deposit less fees or charges will be given for a cancellation of up to and including 30 days prior to booking. Less than 30 days and more than 7 days a refund of 50% of the required deposit paid, less a $50 surcharge will also be applied.

No refund will be given for cancellations of 7 days or less or no show.

Any bond money already paid will be refunded subject to and included in the above conditions.
